Michelle joined Castellano and Associates in November of 2021 after 8 1/2 yrs. at Dixie Weld Fab, Inc. Prior to her time there she spent 5 years with Industrial Electronic Supply's Corporate office in Shreveport and 5 yrs. with Ford Motor Credit as Administrative Assistant to their collections department. 

She brings a variety of experience with her that allows her to assist with general bookkeeping, payroll services, sales tax and other office responsibilities.

She loves forming relationships with the clients and being a part of the team.

When away from the office she enjoys spending time with her son Zachary.
